Job title/Position: Software Engineer

Tech Mahindra is on the hunt for one Software Engineer to join their technical team based out of Auckland, New Zealand for full time work.
Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra will be required to perform the following key roles & responsibilities:
- Analysing customer’s requirements directly, capturing prerequisites from IT stakeholders, sound practices, performance and reliability and provide a divergent thinking solution.
- Conception and development implementation of web portals, respectively their mobile application and content management sites.
- Responsible in preparing and owning development and its implementation of innovative ideas end-to end by taking complete ownership.
- Assist in deploying applications to Dev, QA, Production environments and migrations. Covering Unit, System testing & coordinating with the testing team and resolving the issues, if any.
- Mentoring team members, including ensuring there’s time quality deliverables by selection and/or development of the software components and hardware requirements, and provides guidance in Technical and business.
- Aiding the team by gathering requirements in business terms from the client and translating them into technical terms to formulate the standard methodologies and development plan.
- Handling the Supports activities such as Incidents, Service requests and Technical Problem by recording and delivering Within the SLA matrix.
- Preparing various knowledge documents/transfer sessions through which a fresh associate resource could catch up things in an easy and faster way.
- Capturing details and Documentation of the entire project process flow from end to end.
To be successful in this role you will need to hold a relevant tertiary qualification and/or demonstrate
knowledge and experience with technology stack applications such as Apache Struts framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Vue 3, Nuxt 3, GraphQL, Tailwind, Dgraph, and Micronaut, especially in the Telecommunication domain.
Applicants with at least 5 years of software development with strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, React JS, Angular JS Node.js, Flutter, Dart, Riverpod2.0, Melos, MicroFrontends, Fastify, SQL Server, Cloud DevOps, Kuberenetes, Docker, Azure DevOps. will be preferred. The successful applicant must have the ability to work independently and within a diverse team spread across the world.
Salary
The gross salary range for this position is between NZD $100,000 to NZD $120,000 per annum over a 40-hour work week. Other benefits include health and welfare insurance for you and your family.
