As a Senior UX Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on developing the user experience of Finland's most popular vehicle marketplaces. This is an exciting role that requires translating business goals into attractive and clear concepts and services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the UX development and conceptualisation process, working closely with our development team.
- Create specifications for our services in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with our UI designer and product designer to implement and enhance the user experience.
- Help shape the future of our services by drawing the big picture and ensuring a cohesive user experience.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate workshops, perform A/B tests, and analyse data to increase customer insight.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience and knowledge in UX design and service design, including leadership in these areas.
- Ability to handle complex service ecosystems with multiple user levels and dependencies between services.
- Proficiency in creating sketches, wire frames, and prototypes for elegant and clear user interfaces.
- Interest in increasing customer insight through various research methods.
- Familiarity with design systems and their potential in building a congruent user experience.
- Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in Finnish and English.
- Technical skills and experience in application design are considered a plus.
